      There are a lot of potential growth opportunities here. It’s in a growth period so there are a lot of growing pains, but that also creates opportunity for people that are up to the challenge.

      Cons

      The culture within the company is challenging. Departments are too siloed and egos create blockers for needed growth. If people can put that aside, especially on the tech side of the business, OnTrac will get be successful.
