Cons

Annual turnover rates are the worse i have even seen. Good Employee don't stick around and leave, while others get terminated. in a span of 1 year i have 4 different managers who came and left. Management and CEO changed, CHRO got fired. Company doesn't value it's employees or even knows what the staff really does or contribute to the corporation.
