Pros

Onapsis has been growing since it was founded in 2009. Our customers are the Fortune 500 companies. Salaries are over the average. Great team and company culture.

Cons

We still have to mature some business processes but it's something we are working on.

Working from home, B-day off, one extra week for vacations, fruits, any kind of drinks, 2 free meals per week, flexible hours. An excellent environment.

Cons

Salary is average counting a weird bonus. Code quality, bad choices about technologies. Leadership is the weakest part of the company

A lot of benefits. (working from home, B-day off, one extra week for vacations, fruits, any kind of drinks, 2 free meals per week) An excellent environment.

Cons

The payment is not bad but isn't great either, is above the average. And with all the economic situation here in Argentina we're starting to falling behind.
