Pros

Onco360 has provided me with multiple opportunities to grow within the organization. I feel personally and professionally supported by my leaders and many of my colleagues. The company has had tremendous growth over the years and continues to expand. The company mission is lived out and I am proud of the work we do for cancer patients.

Cons

Health Insurance is less than desirable.

Friendly and respectful coworkers Full slate of benefits Ability to work remotely and some schedule flexibility Company is growing exponentially, so tons of opportunities for growth

Cons

Benefits costly, especially if you have a family Have to work in the context of a different time zone, which is a lot earlier in the day than I prefer. Also, unable to work outside of hours that a pharmacist is not working, even though the position doesn’t involve actual work in which this is needed.
