Great place to work and everyone was always so friendly.

Benefits cost a lot each month and you still had to pay a lot out-of-pocket for doctors and medicines.

Terrible Benefits, Makes you do Overtime during busy season. Make sure to read the employee handbook or you will get screwed over. Managers could care less or they just get too busy to handle their own depts. They need to micro-manage their depts. better or hire more people. Customers are rude on occasion. You do handle lots of calls. Been trying to move up within the company; hasn't happened and I have been here for years and I have seen get promoted over me with less experience.
