New CEO came in March 2025 & completely changed the structure of the company. They lack communication, change things without explanation & continue to refuse to meet with us for a meeting. They create an unrealistic expectation of call volumes & it is creating a lot of frustration with patients, family members/friends. I will say our immediate supervisors are amazing but upper management needs a lot of work
