Pros

All pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are very caring and have patient's wellness as their top priority. Non-clinical team are also very efficient in acquiring coverage for high priced oncology medications. Not many pharmacy settings will have this type of professional yet friendly atmosphere and efficiency. Compensation is good (higher than retail or hospital settings) and benefits are comprehensive. Company is expanding very quickly and it is an excellent time to join the team. Would recommend to any pharmacists who are interested in oncology or specialty pharmacy setting.

Cons

Certain KPIs seems to be outdated, pharmacists will have to be on on-call rotation (though not frequent), and no WFH option for pharmacists.
