Pros

They have a lot of growth in the B2B space. The business model is solid which seems to be doing well in this market. For people who want to work hard and make a mark there is no dearth of work in the organization. The company offers opportunities to pivot and also take on additional work for the right people who are willing to go the extra mile.

Cons

One must be prepared to work hard and deal with growing pains of an organization. For the effort being put in, the salary could be higher.

Pros

We had a recent event to celebrate Diwali, sponsored by one of our many Employee Business Resource Groups. It was my first time in such an event and will be a favorite of mine going forward. The music, laughs, dancing, and even fashion show made the event even more memorable. It was great seeing so many people come together to celebrate the occasion. It was a first for many, including myself, and those that knew (I mean, really knew) did excellent work getting everyone involved.

Cons

I only wish we had more time for the festival to get to know our teammates even more.
