Pros

This is a company that actually cares about its employees and really takes our feedback to heart and makes adjustments where they can. Another huge plus is that as other companies seem to be cutting DEI, Oncourse has doubled down on it. They aren't a company who just says they have a DEI initiative, they actually invest money in it and encourage employees to to participate in various activities directly related to DEI. We have speakers come in, lunch & learns, opportunities to meet directly with board members and CEO all things I have not seen in previous companies. Overall it's a fun place to work with a great culture, great people, and lots of opportunity for growth!

Cons

There are some growing pains where strategy may not always be communicated effectively but since it is a growing company things move quickly.

Pros

Leadership Truly cares about the well being of employees at work and when things get hard personally Strong united coworkers When I was first hired after about five months, I had a personal family emergency that required me to leave the company. My direct manager and the HR team were extremely empathetic and helpful to me when I had to make this transition. When things improved personally, the company welcomed me back with open arms, and I have not looked back since. I could not be more grateful to my team and the company for supporting me through this time. I look forward to doing more great things personally professionally, and as a proud team member of this company.

Need supervisors in contact center to be more knowledgeable when giving advice on customer situations Need more sales training
