The total rewards package is strong and competitive, making it clear that the organization truly values and invests in its employees. There is a genuine culture of collaboration and encouragement at Oncourse!

I honestly have no cons at this time as I am just fortunate to be part of such a great team.

- Healthy business model with strong and sustainable partner and customer growth - Flat culture where employees at all levels are encouraged to contribute ideas and solutions, and their voices are heard by leadership - Employees who raise their hands and jump in with both feet to deliver high-quality work are rewarded with growth opportunities - Environment of belonging for people of all different backgrounds and experiences

The company is growing very rapidly and could do a better job of informing employees of changes and priorities.

Absolutely toxic from top down

Pros

The front line employees are great.

Cons

Management is scatter brained and out of touch. They strut out there every month talking about how well we’re performing, then turn around and tell us how much we suck over and over again. Unrealistic expectations, TERRIBLE WORK LIFE BALANCE, favoritism. One of, if not the single worst culture I’ve ever worked in.
