The company is doing well and, year over year, has grown in all the important ways. Diverse representation has improved over the last couple of years and there is an ongoing commitment to create space for people from all backgrounds and diverse representations to succeed. In all of my years with the organization, we've never had a program like the President's Club where employees doing an amazing job can be celebrated with an all-expense paid trip. IF you do your job well you'll be rewarded. There's also strong support for volunteerism and community connection. It's great to work at a place that cares about supporting charitable organizations and making a positive impact on the community.

Oncourse Home Solutions offers all of its employees tremendous opportunities to succeed within their roles. The communication is great!! Companywide meeting are held monthly for all to participate, and if unable to the meetings are recorded and able to be viewed at a later time. As employees, we are definitely kept in the loop with things going on within our organization. Our company offers great management support and I feel listened to during our meetings, which helps me to want to go the extra mile in my role. The benefits are more than comparable to other similar organizations of our size. The company also offers annual incentives to keep the momentum going throughout the year. I've fully participated in the benefits that our organization offers, such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, Presidents Club Trips, etc. Oncourse Home Solutions is a Great company to work with and there are countless co-workers here that have made this company their career for decades.
