It is a family oriented and diverse workplace everyone is very welcoming. Communication is well. Managers are always here when you need them and assist with what we need to do to succeed and improve our goals that are required.

I enjoy working at OnCourse home solutions. The Managers and Supervisors are very helpful and caring. There is a lot of Growth Opportunities here at OnCourse home solutions . The job is very diverse, the CEO is down to earth. I work in sales so I have more money to feed my family. The benefits are excellent.

Leadership truly supports employee growth and well being, and the benefits are among the best I’ve experienced. A highlight for me has been having the opportunity to start BOLD, our Black Employee Business Resource Group. It’s a created space for connection, empowerment and professional development and shows just how much Oncourse values diversity and community. If you’re looking for a company that values people, purpose, and progress, this is it.
