Pros

Very friendly and employee centered environment. Care about their employees and their development. It's a growing company and there is never a dull moment and there are always new projects and excitement. Very fast paced environment. Still carrying two work from home days a week which is very beneficial for my busy personal life schedule.

Cons

Teams can be somewhat siloed but the company is making progress and effort on making sure teams are connected so turning a con into a pro of team connected centered company.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you highlighting both what’s working well and where we can continue to improve. It’s great to hear that the supportive, people-focused culture and opportunities for growth are resonating, especially in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. We’re also glad the hybrid model is helping create flexibility that supports life outside of work. We recognize that as we grow, maintaining strong connections across teams is essential. Building a more integrated, collaborative experience remains a priority, and it’s encouraging to hear that progress is being felt. Thanks again for sharing your perspective and contributing to what makes this a great place to work.

Pros

The best part of OHS is the quality of the people. Everyone is smart, driven, and welcoming. There is overall a strong appetite for growth and you can quickly make a meaningful impact. I have also really appreciated the flatter hierarchy, where you can work with leaders at every level each day regardless of your level.

Cons

The pace can be very fast and at times that can feel daunting.

Pros

The People: Honestly, the best part is the lack of drama. People here are accountable; they do what they say they’re going to do. It’s a collaborative environment where you can actually voice an opinion and not get shut down, which goes a long way. Growth is Real: It’s not just a carrot they dangle. If you’re reliable and good at what you do, there’s a clear path to move up. They seem to value keeping good people around rather than just hiring from the outside. The Vibe: It’s a high-standard environment, but it’s inclusive. You feel like you’re part of a professional team where everyone is pulling in the same direction.

Cons

Not for Coasting: You can’t hide here. If you aren't ready to pull your weight and meet high standards, you’ll feel the friction pretty quickly. Fast-Paced: It can be a bit of a whirlwind. If you need a rigid, 1995-style manual for every single task, the constant evolution might wear you out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re proud to hear that the culture is showing up in a way that reflects accountability, collaboration, and real opportunity. We recognize that operating in a high-performing, fast-moving environment isn’t for everyone, and we’re intentional about maintaining that standard while continuing to evolve how we support our teams. Your feedback around communication and staying connected as we grow is especially important, and it’s something we’re actively focused on. We appreciate you being part of what’s driving the momentum forward and for sharing your perspective that helps us keep getting better.
