The front line employees are great.

Cons

Management is scatter brained and out of touch. They strut out there every month talking about how well we’re performing, then turn around and tell us how much we suck over and over again. Unrealistic expectations, TERRIBLE WORK LIFE BALANCE, favoritism. One of, if not the single worst culture I’ve ever worked in.

Pros

I cannot think of anything other than monthly all hands meetings.

Cons

It's near impossible to work here. I regularly worked extended hours (10-15 hours a day and over the weekends) to meet unrealistic deadlines. I had no support from my management.

I have nothing good to say.

Cons

Everything else: upper management is pretentious, the pay is low, management fosters an environment of negativity, and mistrust. Communication is one way only and any fault to be found will be on the person reporting it.
