1. Dispatchers suck and dont get good miles (3000 a week as team)
2. Dispatchers are overseas and can't even speak good English
3. Poor communication from management
4. They never get you home on time.
5. Tractors are dirty and in bad shape
6. They only give strong solos good miles and fix eld so they can keep running
7. They change rules all the time
8. They chnage terms of contract at all times
