      Pros

      One Federal Solution's company culture is not only incredibly patient and intentional, but also diverse and opportunity driven. I'm personally grateful to have been a part of a work environment full of people who gracefully balance an embracing yet constructively critical approach to communication with one another. The styles, personalities and standards of the people who work within this company completement one another and the work so wonderfully. I'm proud to have been a part of it.

      There are no pros to mention.

      Cons

      Family-owned and operated. Many of the family and friends are not highly motivated, but you are expected to utilize them. Company claims to be a Salesforce developer, but uses offshore resources that are not highly qualified. Took a well oiled federal contract and successfully ran it into the ground in less than 6 months.
