      Hands down best company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      I've worked for companies from large corporations to start-ups and everything inbetween. One Inc is by far the best company I've ever worked for. The managers value everyone's opinions, they treat us very well (gift cards for your birthdays, competitions with prizes, etc), and I feel like I'm making an impact. AND they're embracing the whole remote work thing even after the pandemic is over.

      Cons

      The only one I can think of is that there are only 15 days of PTO (for comparison the large corporation I worked at I had 22 days).

      Pros

      Great people. Super smart. A lot of autonomy and flexibility after the first few months. Benefits are generous and continue to get better. Fast-paced and collaborative environment. Free meals, events and friendly competitions. They encourage employees to have fun at work. HR team goes above and beyond to make it feel like family. I got a gift on my birthday, sympathy flowers and they delivered a hot meal when I was out sick for several days.

      Cons

      Lots of changes around becoming more efficient so we can scale, and meet the market demand. Some changes are necessary, others more difficult to grasp and implement. A few departments are overwhelmed and need additional resources due to the quick growth. Things move quickly. If you want to coast by, this isn't the place for you. There is no shortage of work and employees are expected to perform.
