      Insurance, wide range of tasks, possible professional growth, great engineer team, good to be first job (if you don't expect a lot)

      Cons

      Not loyal management, poor communication, low salaries, no budget for education, don't care about employees

      The pace is quick and you have to keep growing to keep pace.
