      Pros

      This is a great place to work! I love the company, the culture and where we are headed! It's easy to see how your role makes an impact on the broader organization. There is great visibility and transparency because we don't have many layers. It's easy to connect with our leaders and you feel supported. The energy is strong and people are passionate about the transformation we are making in the industry. Great people doing great work for our industry! Also, the benefits are strong. I love the remote environment and still feel very connected to my colleagues.

      Cons

      We work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Most roles are very hands on. If you like to be close to the action and where the work is happening daily this is your place!

      This may be the most descriptive review I have seen yet. We are largely flat and encourage very high visibility into our strategy, opportunities and challenges. We are supportive of employees and provide equity across the board. That said, we expect a lot from each other and it is very highly paced. You make a difference every day.       Pros

      -Great coworkers/department that always motivate me to do the extra mile -Really knows how to make you feel comfortable with the company culture -Helped me grow from a nobody to a somebody

      Cons

      I wished they provided raises more often but overall I stayed because of the culture. I felt happy about where I worked not because of the pay but because I looked forward to working with a great department.

      We have a great Helpdesk team that does a terrific job for a largely work from home company. They have gone above and beyond as we have increased both our US and Mexican staffs while meeting higher levels of security and compliance. Thank you!
