      Pros

      The leadership has created such a great culture. Nothing is ever perfect, but we get real support and employees are working together to meet goals. The market is on fire too, there is so much opportunity to build new product features. This is a great place to work.

      High growth, interesting and fun FinTech

      Pros

      One Inc is a fast-paced FinTech that is leading its industry. A wide variety of people work at One Inc that are all highly focused on accomplishments. Upper Management is easy to reach and open to ideas. The company ethos is "rise together" and we work hard to make sure that is real.

      Cons

      One Inc roles are often work from home. The fast pace is fun and intense but you will need to take time off.
