      Pros

      Great to be a part of a team that's growing and winning. Very strong people and culture, product, mid management to upper management team. HR makes great effort to take care of people instead of just doing paper work like my past employers.

      Cons

      Scaling to catch up with the growth seems to be bumpy and challenging resulting in a big workload for people, especially SMEs in the team. New hire onboarding could be more ramped up.
