We are shaping a product for an ever growing set of customers, there's brainstorming, deep complex learning, quick release cycles and an opportunity to make a difference and see immediate results. The company provides visibility into where and what's being achieved every month, you do feel like you own the product/s. There are ample events multiple times a month with lunch, birthday celebrations.. it's a fun place to be.. and we are achieving/planning for things no one does
Cons
You need to be able to learn things quickly and many a time on your own....this is a highly collaborative environment and you need to be able to contribute... I wouldn't apply here if you want to just cruise through, you will be shown the door.. However, show an interest to learn and you will have get help.
