      Pros

      Open culture, amazing people to work with, feeling like your work has a great impact in the growth of the company, amazing opportunity to keep the company breaking records and stay number one in the market.

      Cons

      Processes are being worked on and some times they take a while to be implemented, however this is normal as changes keep happening so fast and it's part of the pains that come with the fast growth the company is having.
