      Pros

      Management is really trying to build a great company.

      Cons

      Company specializes in creating and selling insurance software, so some may say it's kind of a narrow niche to fill, so if you're an engineer with no previous insurance industry background - you'll need to dive deep. Also, due to nature of customers, technologies used are somewhat outdated.

      Pros

      The company is definitely fast-paced and rapidly growing. Great company culture. The environment is driven, yet relaxed. People are bright and hardworking. Lots of opportunities to learn. No ideas are immediately shut down. Ideas are heard out and welcomed, and you are trusted to try and implement them. Management truly values and cares for the employees. Fun perks for employees as well.

      Cons

      "New hire" process should be smoothed out. It takes a lot of time to train new employees, and a result, new hirees get thrown in the deep end from day one. There isn't much supervision through the process, so you must learn on your own as you go. Lack of communication in some areas. Otherwise, not many cons.
