      Glad they have reorganized the C-suite, but it took long enough.

      Hi there! Yes, we continue to grow and are the continuing to build out the leading product in the industry. We are now very focused on innovation and deep workflows for insurance, and are adding 150 new full time employees this year with that in mind.       OK company but no options for a career growth

      Pros

      Most software engineers are professionals, they are nice and easy to work with. The product development and delivery cycle is well organized and predictable. Benefits are OK.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy and redundant processes. Management constantly pushing new responsibilities on engineers. Many non-technical people lack expertise and basic knowledge to work in tech. There are no growth options for a software engineer in this company.
