1yIt is a super high pace environment as we grow at ~65% + per year. We are transforming insurance to instant and digital. We all need each other's ideas to solve for the complexity and the opportunity. That said, perhaps we, as leaders, need to better manage work life balance and intensity. Thank you for the feedback.
