Some dedicated, well-intentioned employees who work hard and try their best.
Cons
The training program for new project managers was completely insufficient and old. Systems that merged OWP proprietary software with Steelcase software was cumbersome, outdated, and glitchy. One long term sales executive asked people to lie or cover for him, but was never let go or disciplined due to his tenure.
Great work environments, great leaders and great benefits. Best boss I've ever had, as well. Very willing to give incentives to work more hours and get the jobs done on time. Great rapport with customers.
Cons
Depending on your particular department, HR will look at how you compare to other employees in another department and treat your resources similarly, despite differences in hours worked, technical training, etc.
They did respect my work life balance, and there was accountability across the team. They did drive the 'solutions driven' approach vs. the 'blame driven' approach.
Cons
Your whole experience depends on what team you are assigned, under what sales professional.
