One Workplace is the leader in the industry. There are no egos at OWP... everyone works together for a common goal. The great culture starts with leadership, like it should in any organization.

Cons

not a con against the company... this industry in general is very stressful, so you have to really love what you do!

If you want a fast paced work environment then One Workplace is the place for you

Cons

Work is overwhelming and there is no work life balance for the people in the trenches. We also get paid terribly for the amount of hard work required of us. There are people in leadership who do absolutely nothing and get paid a lot of money to do nothing while the rest of us can't breathe with the amount of work we have to do. There is no help. It takes a really long time to get people trained, and they don't pay well enough to keep people around. They also have us take company surveys and then don't do anything to make changes. There are also no opportunities for career growth.
