The culture at OWP is unbeatable. People are passionate, hard-working, and supportive.

Cons

The workload and project demands match OWPs reputation .People here work hard for our customers and if that requires going above and beyond, we aim for that. At the same time, OWP leadership have always been appreciative and understanding of burnout and are doing what can to help their team overcome that.
