Pros

-family owned and operated and they really care about their employees -plenty of marquee clients -lots of resources -quite a stable company -despite size, leadership is approachable

Cons

-sclerotic company -abject favoritism in the organization. If you're friends with the owners, your kids can get a job there, regardless of ability -better for working with traditional, slower moving clients. -very weighed down by process

Pros

Awesome owners, transparency, fun perks like BBQ's, etc. Profit sharing is great. Good people, nice office.

Cons

Pay is too low- not even market rate. No formal review process. Have to fight for a salary increase. The nepotism is beyond ridiculous!
