As a Sales Director @ OWP, I've always been given the support and resources I need to be successful, but also the freedom and independence to get my job done in the best way I see fit. I work with an incredible team of people that are very professional, but also care about people. Our company culture is outstanding. We're the perfect mix of large, professional and successful and people-oriented and personal. there is a pervasive spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation at OWP.

Cons

We work hard! Our company culture and perspective on work/life balance is excellent, but the demands of the job are high. We're also growing so fast it is hard to keep up wit the pace of that growth in some ways.
