Decent pay for a new graduate in the field, plus profit sharing and benefits

Cons

Overworked for what you're getting, will not be substantial if you live in the city. I saw my former job posted at $4000 more than what I made after I quit.

Employees are a great bunch. Fun, energetic company working hard to do big things and celebrate wins togethe.

Cons

Lack of transparancey from leadership at times. Roadmap to success is a little vague and seems to be keept behind the scenes.
