variety of work, very talented group of employees, 401k, very flexible when it comes to time off or work schedules

Cons

lack of accountability, favoritism, ineffective management, disconnect between management and the people who report to them, over processed, work loads not distributed equally, company culture and values do not align with companies/leaderships actions, pay is not competitive with the amount of work required, lots of OT required, people are not used to their full potential, horrible medical benefits, will hire for new positions instead of training current employees,

Pros

People were easy to work with and they worked with you on ways to better ones self. The Bonus was over a thousand dollars.

Cons

The only bad thing was we lost a major account during the pandemic which led to major lay offs which the employees as well as the employer had no control over.
