Pros

There is nothing good about it except its name in your CV

Cons

HR department isn't supportive. They ban people who leaves before finishing contract. Two-face people, treat stuff differently depending on their personal relationship. Accommodation is not that good as they advertise. Its a sharing room for 2 pax. Toilet and shower room are located outside of the room and on share with the whole floor staff. During summer there is no cold water. Administration and HR don't take any action and its like that already several years. Food quality in staff canteen is below average. A lot of spicy food and rice only. Overall there is always lack of staff and due to busy operations employees are forced to work overtime without compensation. Salaries are very low comparative to other hotels in Dubai. Receptionist gets paid AED 1450 + 250 language allowance; service charge is applicable only after 6 months completion and paid twice a year, not on the monthly basis. There is a nationality discrimination when it come to salary. These who have European citizenship are get paid higher than others for same title. Company doesn't provide any benefits or allowances. High management is not engaged with employees. FOM doesn't support and contribute into staff growth and guidance. This is in general very pathetic place to work.

Pros

Great opportunity to start in the hotel industry. Well known company for a luxurious service.

Cons

Compensation is very low. They provide lot of complimentary to the guest. Accomodation for staff if nice but you cannot cook for yourself.
