It is a really great company but still young, Investment for hotels years after years in smartly done, money is not an issue when you have a good idea to implement, some of the colleagues are very professional and demonstrate a lot of experience in the business which is plus and something that you can take advance of as individual to improve skills and gain experience.

Cons

No clear options neither promotions for great and high qualified employees to grow in the company. Training and development ( HR) is the weakest link in the company there is not such as a program to create leaders or high management from the current employees that have been for years in the company demonstrating reliability, knowledge and the best skills you can stay in the same position for years waiting for a promotion that never comes.

its a high volume hotel with guest paying high rates and need to meet their expectation specialy with our core value especialy blow away the customer
