My experience at C&M First Services also known as One80 Intermediaries was overwhelmingly negative. Employees are frequently given more quotes than can reasonably be completed during regular work hours. If you fall behind or don’t meet arbitrary expectations, you’re criticized instead of supported and often pressured into doing overtime to catch up. The health insurance provided is expensive and only worth it if you have chronic conditions. For most employees, it’s poor value. Promotions are not based on merit, performance, or qualifications. Instead, the HR manager tends to reward those she favors on a personal level, which fosters a toxic environment where favoritism outweighs fairness. Most concerning are the ethical issues. There is a pattern of racially insensitive and antisemitic behavior from the management level, particularly toward Jewish retail brokerage. This reflects a deep and disturbing lack of professionalism and respect that no company should tolerate.
