Pros

This is a "company" where it really truly depends what team you are with at your time of hiring, my team is A+++.

Cons

As headline says, One80 is buying up so many other companies that they have no pay bands. Management is constantly changing. A broker assistant in a department in Boston with 2 years of experience could be making more than a broker assistant in New York with 5 years experience. The culture is also strange - there are no feelings of being connected to other parts of the organization. Way too much expansion in such a short time frame = getting lost in the mix as a person and as a team.

Wide range of products, large insurance conglomerate growing fast, equals job security and opportunity to spread your talent outside of your current role. Amazing people to work with.

Cons

Disconnect between upper management and boots on ground, varying titles and pay across the board due to rapid growth by buying up insurance companies. Extreme focus on company growth instead of investment in current products/employees.
