Pros

There are some really great people here and there. And the benefits are pretty good.

Cons

The executive team makes working here almost unbearable. There is so much disconnect and very little communication. Their words don’t match their actions. They don’t seem willing to bring anyone else into the fold and make decisions based on what was done at their previous organization versus what would actually be best for us. If I knew when I was applying what I know now, I would not have even applied.

Pros

Bank schedule M-F, no weekends. Vacation time.

Cons

- HR is extremely untrustworthy. They maintain a double standard and outright ignore associate concerns, even though that is their job. It’s going to catch up to them one day, but If you want a company that cares about you, stay away. - extremely high turnover - advancement opportunities are extremely limited - pay is average but not competetive - priorities are switching from members to gaining profit, despite that it’s a “non-profit” organization
