Growing quickly challenges various departments to keep up with the changes

Some of the people are nice, capable professionals but that is the exception not the norm

This place is a cancer on business and the community. The senior leadership is highly dysfunctional whose only concern is to preserve their exorbitant salaries, some over a million dollars or more annually for a company with annual revenue of $200M who touts itself as a not-for-profit. There is no hierarchy nor order. Low level employees have a high sense of entitlement and weaponize HR against their managers when they are expected to show up 2 days per week and work a full day in the office or a meeting is scheduled during their self-proclaimed lunch time. There is massive back channeling directly to the CEO, who is a weakling and an extremely poor leader. This is a horrible place for anyone with skills, experience and credentials.
