Pay,benefits,great staff members true team and family, saving patients in the hospitals with many different illness

Over worked this company does not care about there employees at all they think we truly are vampires it's all about numbers the pints they blame us for all for everything when we are the ones that's following there demands the management. Here truly sucks they probably don't even have a highschool diploma and making 100,000 salaries that's so sad. This company was wonderful before the merge the new leaders seem confuse themselves they have the nerve to wonder. Why everyone is not happy. If sure as hell don't care then why should we Care. The work they get that's unsuccessful. Is what they deserve this company needs a whole new management team.

Cons

Very unethical. Management is extremely unprofessional. No accountability. All they care about is their money not the donors or the employees. Unsafe working conditions.
