      Company benefits and "Summer Hours"

      Cons

      - Almost no opportunities to grow (except when you get along with the leadership or "cool people" at OneDigital) - Annual increases are based on "merits" (meaning get along with leadership) - You matter when you are bringing actively money to the table. If you don't hold an important position or if you don't make the money, you don't matter.

      Pros

      Fast growing company with a small Business mindset. They genuinely care about work life balance and since the pandemic, have gone above and beyond to accommodate employees and families.

      Cons

      The salaries could be higher however, the positive work environment makes the difference.

      Pros

      Pay for cell phone reimbursement, lots of paid holidays (which is becoming industry standard), philanthropic company always looking to participate in programs, decent vacation time. Adam's video messages are very heartfelt and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Horrible 401k employer matching, didn't supply stipends for work materials during Covid19 work from home, raises are minimal.
