Would not recommend working here- low pay, lack of work-life balance/crazy workload, and a somewhat toxic environment

- My teammates were amazing and I made so many strong connections. Many of the people at OneDigital are hardworking, smart, kind, talented, and the best in the business - Room for upward mobility and growth in specific roles/teams - Good company culture, strong values, gives back to the community - Nice hybrid schedule with option to be fully remote
Cons
I was at OneDigital for a substantial amount of time, and looking back it's amazing to me how I was treated in comparison to my new company and role once I left. I feel the environment was somewhat toxic, with some finger-pointing and blaming amongst teams without much accountability from leadership. In our regional office the workload was completely overwhelming and, despite knowing this, very little was done to help employees keep from burning out. The pay is also pretty low for the industry and there's very little transparency around finances and decision-making.
