      Pros

      OneDigital is like one big family. Work is fun and rewarding. Teammates are just that...part of a team! Lots of resources for our clients

      Cons

      The bigger we get the more corporate we are becoming. So many "to-dos" with regards to training, and compliance and tasks that can take away from our clients. The benefits (medical and dental) offered to employees are not very good and very expensive. I guess it's like the mechanic driving the JUNK... We deal in these benefits and our clients have better.
