Pros

Wish I could think of any.

Cons

The C-suite claims to be developing career paths but never completes them. Expect only a 1-3% merit raise annually, regardless of your workload or the number of projects you handle. Adam’s emails have shifted focus from business to ‘family values.’ What kind of ‘family value’ fails to promote internally (with substantial raises), provide progression opportunities, and consistently underpays compared to the market? Onsite employees receive all the benefits. Remote employees are neglected. High-value employees are leaving monthly, citing pay as a major issue. Management only attempts to renegotiate after receiving resignation letters. Poor benefits with high costs and mediocre coverage.

Pros

Benefits, C-suite messaging/ is inspirational. Local offices are the best. Your colleagues are your true support system, not the company, not the managers or its leaders. It can be a great place to learn.

Cons

Values don’t match the culture, favoritism in hiring— they don’t care about your growth— They don’t want more lawsuits but do little preemptive measures with those situations. They don’t promote within, salaries don’t move unless you are up there in the company or stay for 15+ years. They can’t retain employees because of the amount of gas lighting— even the wellness division fails to lead people effectively and kindly. No one cares about you in leadership— and they use HR in a way to keep you from feeling safe only threatened. HR and their wellness pillars mean nothing— it’s just for show. The politics are not worth your sanity. The psychological warfare has not improved in 7 years regardless of your region. If you value work life balance, your mental wellness, or the ability to feel respected look elsewhere if you can. They only respect those who are parents—if you are a millennial, childless, your market value means nothing to them— and they don’t care about you as a team member. Leaders make more and more, everyone else suffers more and more. It’s a good place to learn what you should value yourself as— a stepping stone for beginners— dont let your life revolve around this company.
