Pros
Dynamic work environment with responsive management. The kind of company where the CEO will stop by and ask you how things are going and actually listen to your response. The work is challenging but you are in an atmosphere where both your colleagues and managers genuinely want you to succeed and will do anything to help you do so. The company also invests it its employees and wants to see them grow and pursue leadership roles.
Cons
The workload is fairly heavy but the upside is that your day is never boring.
