Fun employer and work environment. Good experience and training. Up & coming company with a lot of growth.
Cons
Lower than average pay. Depending on which department you work in and your supervisor, the experience at Digital will vary significantly. Good people work there, but some members of the Sr. Mgmt team are difficult to work with and lack the experience and professionalism necessary.
