I mean it is a job and the coworkers are great.

Cons

It is a toxic beyond belief, and it will make you question your life choices. If scamming old people to change insurance policies sounds good to you then this is your place.

great place to make friends but no one stays here long.

Cons

management is a nightmare. HR (sometimes they don’t have one) is anything but helpful. You can work as hard as you want for AEP but other agents can call your clients and you don’t get paid for them unless plans “stick” as they said.
