Everything they say in training is the complete opposite when you get on the floor. Be ready to be micromanaged the entire day. Company has zero morals. Program managers are extremely unapproachable. Asked one of them a question one day and his response to me was, "is this not something you can ask a sales manager?" Better hope you don't have bowel movement because you'll be timed for your bathroom breaks. You are forced to work overtime during the busy season, otherwise you forfeit pay for 3 weeks.

Meeting new friends , Experiencing free work events .

Cons

Terrible Management .. They train you to scam old people out of their Health Insurance & Will punish you if you think otherwise. They say you will receive a BONUS but they take 2 months to give it to you because they try to keep as much of your bonus for the company . You don’t get PTO OR SICK TIME . Most of the managers on the floor are drug addicts .. so you are being managed by people who cant even manage themselves. HR is terrible , they take months to get back to you about serious issues in the company . I would not recommend anyone work here , not even if it’s YOUR LAST OPTION .
