Welcoming work environment and good pay. Supportive management from the regional office.
Cons
Clients can be quite needy and things can be a little disorganized. I was remote from my team, which was a little difficult sometimes - the differences between offices could be stark in terms of organization, support, etc. In my satellite office, I had to be very self-sufficient to succeed.
