Pros

- The people you meet there are great - You get what you put in -Decent entry level sales -Nice office in the Sears Tower -Pay for your licensing -Inbound calls for the most part

Cons

Textbook churn and burn. Makes you feel like you're scamming the elderly, even if you're "going by the book", which just isn't great for the mental or morals. Incredibly micromanaged, little freedom, and your time is watched to the second. Culture surrounding the sales is toxic, and there are so many different conflicting expectations, whether its number of sales, availability, time, etc. Nicest way to put it, is that this place is a stepping stone for other opportunities.

Good company with good people. Focus on mental health. The work is hard, but because of clients and the nature of the business, not the company.

Cons

It's a company that grows through acquisition, so there are a lot of inconsistencies across the organization.

Company is growing and evolving into something that has never been done before in financial services to this extent. People are great and care about one another.

Cons

It's a big growing company so there will be bumps in the road, but it's all about how you percieve rate of change.
